4. Service Limitations

7. Traveler's Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Lajihey.com is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.

The arbitration shall take place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and shall be conducted in English or Spanish, as mutually agreed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
